CII-Godrej GBC conducts detailed industrial benchmarking of various industries, to assess the technical performance of the plants and compare their performance with the benchmarks and ascertain the gaps. A comparison with about five plants of similar capacity and technology is included in the benchmarking study. Based on the findings, specific actionable OPEX & CAPEX projects are identified to bridge the gaps in performance.
