Vinoth BalaKumar works on energy efficiency and climate change projects and events.

He has 9+ years of experience in the field of energy efficiency and climate change in the industrial and building sectors, and has been associated with CII-Godrej GBC for three years.

Apart from being part of energy audit teams for carrying out energy improvement studies in various industries, he has also worked on projects on ISO 50001 consultancy, municipality energy efficiency, MSME M&V studies, promoting Alternate Fuel utilization in Indian cement industry, PAT M&V studies, energy efficiency studies in various sectors, etc. He has conducted numerous training programs on energy efficiency.

Vinoth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He is also a BEE Certified Energy Auditor, ISO 50001 Lead Auditor, EMS Lead Auditor, ISO 9001 and ISO 18001 Auditor. He has undergone a certification course on Integrated Solid Waste Management at IIT Kharagpur.
