Nisha is an Electrical and Electronics Engineer, and also hold a postgraduate degree in business management from IIM Bangalore.

Despite having worked in other sectors for over 5 years, she shifted focus to the area of environment and sustainability and have lead multiple assignments related to clean technologies and energy efficiency since then.
